Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We are currently in the process of expanding. We are based out of Ulster County but do travel to Orange and Dutchess county.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning consists of the following

 

Exterior:

  • Wash & Wax
  • Windows
  • Wheels & Tires cleaned
  • Door jambs cleaned

Interior:

  • Thorough vacuum
  • All interior leathers, plastics, vinyls will be cleaned and protected
  • Windows

How much will it cost?

That all depends on what type of vehicle you have and how many extras you choose. Go to the “Book Now” page and fill out all of the criteria, the price will be generated at the end.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we will supply all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment including water and electric

Can I request special tasks or extras?

If you don’t see the extra that you’re interested in on our “Book Now” page please e-mail info@carcleaningco.com and we will do our best to get it done.

How do I log into my account?

Please contact us at info@carcleaningco.com and we will resolve the issue.

How do I reset my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my address?

How do I change my credit card?

Please contact us at info@carcleaningco.com and we will resolve the issue.

How do I book my first appointment?

Click our “Book Now” page and fill out all the steps. Your appointment will be created once completed. If you run into any issues you can always contact us at info@carcleaningco.com

Yes! All of our professionals go through a background check and are thoroughly vetted.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong you can contact us by clicking the “Contact” tab on our website. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely. We do not sell any information ever. Have peace of mind booking through our secure website.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, all of our cleaning professionals go through a background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your detail please contact us within 3 days. We will return and correct the issue.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your detail contact us within 3 days and we will return to fix the issue.
